Cancellation Policy
Late Policy
Due to scheduling considerations, if you arrive late for your appointment, your session must necessarily end at the time originally scheduled.
Illness Policy
Please do not come in for an appointment if you are ill;
the therapist will not see any ill clients as massage therapy is
contraindicated in this case.

A broken appointment is a loss to everyone.
Last minute cancellations and not showing up for appointments profoundly impact the therapist as well as others.
So that other clients may book needed services, kindly notify us at 678-938-8707 of cancellations and/or appointment changes 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and avoid service fees equal to the amount of the service(s) booked.
Last minute cancellations due to illness will be charged as follows:
$40 for a 1 hour appointment and
$50 for a 90 minute appointment.

An emailed invoice will be sent for the late fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling any subsequent appointments.
